Upgrade of former cinemas, department stores and high street locations form part of such works. We are trusted to deliver on behalf of International corporations, London based developers and UK wide operators, among others.

Imagining a new district to a major European City.

How does one design a new super town to achieve all stakeholder goals?

Our project brief, to create a new 'town' district for the city where vehicles are subordinate, streets are treated as horizontal pieces of architecture and any secondary (and remaining tertiary) ‘pocket’ areas to be utilised for various public uses; such as markets, meetings, sport and play.

We are proud to be involved in the development of one of Europe's largest masterplans - showcasing micro and macro design flair. Our Slovakia Church project (showcased independently) sits within the districts central development zone.

Brass Architecture represent a new JV developer group, investigating the development potential of a neighbouring site location to the recently upgraded ('big brother') coastal town of Folkestone, Kent.

On behalf of our client, we have shared proposals (Phase I: Town Centre) with Folkestone and Hyde Council; showcasing the redevelopment potential of 'Central' Littlestone.

Brass Architecture were instructed to inherit a rather bland scheme (developed by others), tasked with putting forward alternate proposals befitting of site location (adding much needed design flair).

The driver, create an inviting, community led housing district. Our works are referred to by the design team as a 'Mini Amsterdam'.

Brass Architecture were instructed to inherit a scheme tested by others with little success. The challenge, a large parcel of land with consent for residential/ housing use defined as part of the Local Plan. Ecological constraints at play with the site subdivided into designated parcels of land (per plot). We like a challenge!

This site in Chesham investigates the insertion of substantial housing numbers to this central town centre location. The scheme has been utilised as a Research & Development [R&D] test bed for our modular housing typologies. Housing delivered economically, at speed and green.
