Brass have delivered a charming schematic for a five-storey townhouse located in Pimlico, London.
Our proposal includes top to bottom upgrades including new lower ground rear extension, replacement upper dormer storey and mid-level extensions to the rear of the property.
Our vision retains ordered façade arrangement of the street facing front façade of late Regency / early Victorian design with newer contemporary additions to the rear.
We await completed project images. The works have given a new lease of life to a tired asset providing the client their perfect family home.
