Delivering a new residential masterplan that ties with the wider town location!
Brass Architecture were instructed to inherit a rather bland scheme developed by others, tasked with putting forward alternate proposals befitting of location. The driver, create a real sense of community. Referred to as a 'Mini Amsterdam'.

Our works identify best use of land division, with a number of housing typologies put forward (with varying returns).
The proposed returns designed to be best practice with regards to sustainability, flood mitigation and bio-diversity.
Brass' will be refining the design proposals over 2024 concluding with relevant applications.

Brass Architecture were instructed to inherit a scheme tested by others with little success. The challenge, a large parcel of land with consent for residential/ housing use defined as part of the Local Plan. Ecological constraints at play with the site subdivided into designated parcels of land (per plot). We like a challenge!
