Hextable, Kent. Housing Masterplan.
What did we do?
A new housing district with set plot definitions!
Delivering a new housing masterplan to stringent parameters.
Brass Architecture instructed to inherit a scheme that had been tested by others with little success to date. The challenge, a large parcel of land with consent for residential/ housing use as part of the Local Plan. Ecological constraints at play and the site subdivided into defined parcels of land (per plot). We like a challenge!

The project is an interesting proposition. Defined/ set plot definition - with rigidity on agreed road infrastructure.
Our aim, to adhere to the above plot definition, whilst introducing aesthetic curb appeal befitting of site location.
The proposed residential works, green and lean.
Our site forma part of wider upgrade works across Hextable and neighbouring Swanley.
