Our client purchased a site with planning some years ago. The site no longer formed part of their future portfolio plans and as such, they were looking to sell.

The headache ... the planning drawings flat and uninspiring and did not make the purchase proposition attractive to interested buyers.

Our team inherited the base information, refined and visualised the site potential via images and associative marketing brochure.

The result, mass interest in potential purchase and a speedy sale thereafter.

The return architecture, not necessarily the form, massing and materiality we would put forward for the site in question.

We however, showcased that the base scheme can aesthetically work with the correct balance of finishes + external upgrades.
