How does one design a new super town to achieve all stakeholder goals?
Our project brief, to create a new 'town' district for the city where vehicles are secondary, streets are treated as horizontal pieces of architecture and any secondary ‘pocket’ areas to be utilised for public use such as markets, meetings, sport and play.

Brass' continue to develop our designs on a district-by-district basis. Key infrastructure including transport interchange, educational facilities and community institutions (all in close proximity to the new church central to this unique masterplan).

On behalf of our client, we have shared proposals (Phase I: Town Centre) with Folkestone and Hyde Council; showcasing the redevelopment potential of 'Central' Littlestone.
