We were delighted to be approached to review the potential for a striking new build family home in Henley-on-Thames. Our proposal, to return an impressive residential intervention that is both eye catching whilst sustainable.

Our works include demolishing an aged, old, tired, existing residential property to allow for the insertion of our new build.
Works include the full overhaul of the application site (full hard and soft landscaping, parking, outhouses etc).
Such work is interesting ... a blank site, a clean slate.
Informed by our clients appreciation of art deco and post modern architecture, the derived works pay homage to architects of yesteryear; returning a simple and timeless proposition.
Given architectural references highlighted, plan form and zoning of spaces is simple and non hierarchical.
Sleeping accommodation equal in footprint and returns. Each space has unique vantage points over front and rear external parts.
Our team utilized Ai technologies to quickly test material options and aesthetic variances for ease of digestion by our client, for neighbours, the LPA and wider stakeholders.

We were delighted to be approached (again) to review the potential for another striking new build family home in Henley-on-Thames. Our objective; to return an impressive residential intervention varied to the neighbouring project (developed by Brass). This project adds to our growing 'residential new build' portfolio of works. A unique design. Our client keen to maximise sustainable returns, informed by our teams unique skill set in marrying ecological technologies and eye catching aesthetics.
