Large garden plot to the rear of the site is proposed to be fully overhauled. The garden is vast and generous, with key views from the host property directed to suit.
The success of a neighbouring project (neighbour) by Brass' - led to a new homeowner reaching out to us [albeit with varied brief].
This particular client, has a keen interest in sustainably future proofing the site.
We look forward to developing the design and delivering on-site over the coming year, 2024.
Our return design upgrades external facades and opens up the ground floor plan to allow for interconnected lounge, dining and generous new kitchen space.
The floor plate open plan, if favoured, or subdivided (via integrated wall systems) to return the space to a classical floor plan (defined rooms).
The client has complete freedom for open plan living as well as private spaces.
