Our scheme was designed and delivered at pace, for a property in Highgate, North London.
Our work, rear and upper extensions to the host property + garden 'gym' outhouse and front and rear garden re-design.
The interior design returned, variable per floor level (variable per bathroom) with a luxurious feel.
The statement kitchen to the rear acts as the focal gathering point, with full width fold-able glazing connecting inside and out.
Materials selected as a nod to the local vernacular; mixing old and new (contemporary interventions).
Brass acted as lead consultant and delivered full interior design services.
A top to bottom new staircase with intelligent lighting incorporated allows users to cater ambiance to their needs.
A series of artwork points aid way-finding through the property.
Rear dormer box extension with balcony allows for views over the historic Highgate Woods' to the rear of the site.
