This attractive asset fronts directly onto the River Thames. Our work, reordering schedule of accommodation; maximising the unique views over the River.
Kitchen and dining spaces relocated from ground floor to mid level floor. Ground floor repurposed for secondary bedroom accommodation.
Brass' oversaw applications and consents and aided the shortlisting of potential contractors for client appraisal.
We worked with the chosen contractor to execute the works to a defined programme.
Our client had specific fixtures and finishes defined as part of the agreed contract.
The return spaces light, airy and colourful.
