The project is a unique commission.
Our concept for the massing and form of the structure is a tractroid surface (pseudosphere geometry) aligned to the client's brief particulars.
The innovative facade design creates unique internal and external spaces that is both awe-inspiring and iconic.
Our architectural informed (flexible) via the development of bespoke coding (created in-house at Brass Architecture).
Scale and structural skeleton automatically adapts on prompt.
