Brass are currently finalising proposals for a splendid property located in the Borough of Harrow, North West London. Proposed works include the full restoration of the host building plus a series of new and replacement extensions.
The original gatehouse building dates from the later 19th century with noted stone dressings designed in a Romantic Gothic Revival style.
A play with finishing materials to key elevations differentiates and expresses the new architecture from the original gatehouse polygonal tower.
Our schematics include for full interiors overhaul, upgrade to the grounds of the site and new grand driveway access from the public highway befitting of a property of this scale.
