Our proposal includes top to bottom upgrades including new lower ground rear extension, replacement upper dormer storey and mid-level orangery insertion.
Our vision retains ordered façade arrangement of the street facing front façade of late Regency / early Victorian design with newer contemporary additions to the rear.
Due for completion early 2020, the works will give a new lease of life to a tired asset providing the client their perfect family home.
As with all our work, context is key and our proposals are respective to the original architecture striking a fine balance between the old and the new.
