Brass delivered proposals for a splendid property located in the Borough of Harrow, Northwest London. Proposed works include the full restoration of the host building plus a series of new and replacement extensions.
A listed asset in the Green Belt, our design approach married with required liaisons with officials secured full planning support (to which many had written off as unachievable).
Our schematics include for full interiors overhaul, upgrade to the grounds of the site and full restoration of the original gatehouse building dating from the late 19th century of a Romantic Gothic Revival style due for completion Q4 of 2021.
