Parallel to developing main restaurant proposals, our work for IMM THAI restaurant group included new franchise unit allowing for grab and go services. Brass oversaw full interior development, packaging design, brand assets and appointment of main contractor.
Works commenced in Aug of 2021, concluding in Oct 2021; allowing our client to fully mobilise new restaurant and Express unit to suit post COVID 19 hospitality easements.
