Brass have developed proposals for the upgrade of a tired post war building located in Beckenham, Bromley, London.
Our proposals include removal of failing penthouse storey replaced with two new floors of accommodation including full overhaul of site grounds, communal spaces, and public realm.
Pre-Application services completed with the Local Authority, ensuring our design works comply with all required policy/ harbours base support of planning case officers.
The design team aim to wrap up all required consents by the close of Q3 2021 with site mobilisation works mooted for Q1 2022.
