Re-imagining a Listed Asset!

A prominent site location in the heart of Central London.

2 Lupus Street is a valued, listed building asset occupying a prominent corner location (immediately facing Pimlico underground interchange) and detectable upon arrival to the area.

Brass Architecture inventive design works showcased such an asset could be (a) upgraded (b) extended and (c) afford maximised returns on behalf of the owner end client.

Comprehensive documentation afforded a seamless approval of planning and listed building applications with the Local Authority.

Final works, includes retention of ground floor commercial tenant, the addition of new fourth floor dormer floor level with lower floors completely renovated for residential unit returns.

Our design works informed by CGI representation (designed and provided by Brass Architecture), allowing the contractor to execute a defined vision.

Brass utilised our relationship with trusted Heritage Consultant to advise on the project.

The returned architecture is befitting of super prime location with a sleek, contemporary aesthetic (strengthened with the integration of classical interior assets) returned.

The final returns, 4no. residential units of varying sizing and design features.
