We have executed works across the South of France in recent years: returning a variety of striking projects! Our works include new build schematics, the re-purposing of existing assets, medieval architecture schemes and community focussed projects, amongst others. The success of such projects has led to further commissions in neighbouring countries such as Spain, Germany, The Netherlands and Slovakia, amongst others.

The pace and delivery system of projects in the South of France varies from the UK. We apply the design delivery of our UK portfolio in this foreign location, improving processes and returns.
We have built relationships with key stakeholders in the region to aid our objectives.
Local tradespeople, artisans, politicians and agents all form part of our widening pool of contacts.
Our works across the regions of France has led to many new queries regarding purchase and development potential, new build scope and mechanisms to gain required (varied) consents.
We partner with a local architect to aid applications and we help clients from EU wide locations deliver schemes that are new and varied to the jurisdiction (whilst sensitive and complimentary to historic vernacular).

New office open in West Yorkshire.

Our new office in West Yorkshire opened over the Summer months of 2023, allowing us to broaden our works across northern locations and plug into the 'Golden Triangle' of Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield.
